You will provide technical expertise in facilitating wargaming configuration and execution in support of various fleet synthetic training events.

You will develop and oversee the program plan for designing, integrating, operating, and maintaining Modeling and Simulation Systems, Training Systems, Combat Systems, and Information Technology Systems.

You will participate in International, Department of Defense, Joint, and Navy planning committees and seminars.

You will negotiate on issues related to the development and integration of Pacific Fleet, Navy, Joint, and International Distributed Training.

You will represent COMPACFLT Distributed Training issues to Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, US Joint Forces Command, US Pacific Command, and other Nations' Militaries.

You will manage and mentor personnel to obtain effective and efficient systems integration in order to conduct exercise scenarios directly supporting operations and training of units and staffs.
