As a dispatcher, you'll:Use Service Titan software to coordinate field technicians and routesCommunicate job details, traffic updates, and priorities to technicians in real timeStrategically schedule HVAC start-ups across assigned territoriesAct as the critical communication link between techs, managers, and builder repsKeep detailed logs and reports to ensure every job runs smoothlyWhat we're looking for: We're not just hiring anyone.
