Job Summary Operations Assistant III encompasses a variety of professional and analytical work involving the practical application of management principles and techniques to improve operational activities.Responsibilities Prepare and present reports.Coordinate and manage moderately complex administrative and operations projects.Collect, compile, edit, classify, and tabulate statistical and qualitative data.Establish and maintain working relationships with co‑workers and the general public.Explain agency's purpose, programs, and operations.Prepare and present ideas and information clearly and concisely.Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate.At least 3 years of experience performing and coordinating moderately complex administrative/operations projects.Equivalent combination of education and experience may satisfy this requirement.Application Deadline Please submit your application no later than 12:00 AM on the closing date to be eligible for consideration.Background Check & Probation Eligible candidates under final consideration for appointment to positions identified as positions of trust will be required to complete authorization for a Criminal Background Check and/or Fingerprint.
