You'll greet guests, monitor safety, de-escalate situations, and ensure guests and staff can enjoy the experience.ResponsibilitiesBe the face of chill—greet guests with a friendly attitude and make everyone feel included from the moment they arriveMonitor the crowd and venue to maintain a relaxed and secure environment at all timesControl foot traffic, check IDs, and spot fake IDsEnforce dress code and company policies in a respectful and professional mannerStay alert and proactively prevent or de-escalate heated situationsUse judgment to make quick decisions in the best interest of the team and guestsRepresent the Big Chill brand with confidence and respectQualificationsMust be 21+ years oldHospitality, nightlife, restaurant, and/or security experience is a plus but not requiredCalm, confident presence and ability to take charge when neededStrong communication and people skills; approachable, respectful, and capable of speaking up when neededAbility to stay cool under pressureSense of humor and affinity for Cantina cultureTeam player with reliability and transportation to and from workEligible to work in the United StatesFlexible schedule to assume responsibilities as neededHours & BenefitsThis position pays hourly and offers employee perks.
