Security Guard (F-01 Required) – Fire Watch$18.00/Hour | Sunday & Monday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMWe're looking for a reliable Security Guard with a valid F-01 Certificate of Fitness to perform Fire Watch duties at a residential building in New York City.Primary ResponsibilitiesComplete accurate fire watch log entries.Conduct hourly patrols of designated fire watch areas.Remain stationed in the lobby between patrols.Maintain a clean and professional work area at all times.This is a Fire Watch position only. You will not be responsible for access control, concierge duties, or residential security.Compensation & Additional HoursAdditional shifts are regularly available at our other NYC locations, making 24–32 hours per week a realistic expectation.This position pays $18.00/hour . Additional sites may pay $17.00–$17.50/hour depending on the assignment.We also have prevailing wage accounts paying $20+/hour .
