Security Officer Client Reception Associate

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a hotel location; Monitor lobby and front desk activity, assist with access control and visitor check-in practices, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, and problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures; Support awareness of the property by observing entrances, common areas, and front desk surroundings, documenting security-related events and/or unusual activity as needed; Commit to a professional presence and effective communication to create a positive guest experience
