A key area of responsibility for the FICC Operations team is the support and preparedness of business resiliency and continuity efforts, cyber security events, and default/liquidity management.Your Primary Responsibilities:Complete operational processes by following detailed procedures and job aides while working at understanding and mastering knowledge of the processEnsure results met in line with procedures, metrics, and benchmarks while adhering to critical timeframes; manage competing tasksAlign risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate riskMaintain a focus on meeting the needs/requests of our clients, including responding to inquiries timely and accurately, resolving issues promptlyBuild and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate issue resolution, operational improvements, and risk reductionDemonstrate active engagement in meetings and display curiosity to learn and grow; accept feedback given and apply it to the role**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **Qualifications:Entry Level – internship experience highly preferredBachelor's degree preferredTalents Needed for Success:Collaborate well within and across teamsCommunicate openly with team members and othersWork with the team to review deliverables and ensure quality and accuracyAdhere to established rules and procedures when performing workWe offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
