Job Title

Efficiently perform the truck loading process to ensure safe and reliable customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the cement transfer pump safely and responsibly to refill other cement silos as needed, maintaining cement inventory and complying with environmental regulations.
  • Operate dispatch equipment to load trucks per DOT regulations and company policy to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Perform required routine maintenance of dispatch equipment to keep pipes and distribution points clear to ensure reliable product flow and maintain the quality of cement.
  • Troubleshoot dispatch equipment to assess problems that require other departments' involvement to repair, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
  • Effectively communicate the required work to remedy dispatch equipment issues to other departments to ensure timely repairs.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to minimize trip hazards as required by MSHA and company policy.
  • Required to work odd shifts, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Weighmaster preferred, previous experience preferred.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
