Maintain accurate documentation and data across SAP and CRM systems while supporting operational and administrative processes.Job DescriptionConduct market research and analyze collected data.Support customer inquiries related to:Parts orders, pricing, shipping details, and part numbersTechnical resource dispatch requestsCredit and billing troubleshootingManage parts order processing and dispatch console for Field Service teamsSupport Field Teams with system data resolution and Install Dismantle Report updatesDocument customer and field interactions and resolutions through SAP, CRM, phone, email, and web channelsAssist with projects involving data entry, document research, analysis, metric tracking, and cross-functional collaborationSupport training and onboarding activities including documentation and training deliveryWork with internal and external stakeholders including Field Service, Sales, Clinical Teams, Logistics, Credit & Collections, Regulatory, Legal, IT, and SAP SupportSkills RequiredAdvanced problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex customer inquiries independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer service mindset with empathy and conflict resolution skillsExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a self-managed team environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and proceduresResourceful with ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new systems/applicationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and familiarity with Microsoft TeamsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, and SAP preferredEducation/Training/CertificationsAssociate degree in Business or Technical discipline with at least 6 months of overall experience ORHigh School Diploma/GED with at least 2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, customer-facing, or remote service support environmentAdditional RequirementsMust pass a drug screening and background checkMust be flexible to work assigned shift scheduleOvertime availability required as business needs dictateWork Monday through Friday with one of the following schedules:8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST9:00 AM - 5:30 PM ESTHybrid schedule - must be local to Indianola, PA and work onsite 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)Pay Rate/SalaryEstimated Salary: $18.87 to $26.57 per hour.
