Training Developer (OCS Training Development) - Mid/Senior
Location: Fort Lee, VA

Overview
We are hiring a Training Developer to design and develop Army training products supporting Operational Contract Support. This role uses the ADDIE process to build modern, effective training solutions.

Note: The anticipated salary range for this contingent upon award position is $65,000 to $85,000 annually. The final offered salary will be determined by the candidate's specific qualifications, relevant experience, location, and the final funding level approved by the client upon contract award.

- Develop individual and collective training tasks
- Support Critical Task and Site Selection Boards (CTSSB)
- Create interactive training products (including eLearning/IMI)
- Use TRADOC standards (TR 350-70 series) for all deliverables
- Maintain training workload data and projections
- Review and update Army Logistics University (ALU) course materials
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4-6+ years of military training development experience (level dependent)
- Experience with TRADOC training development processes
- Experience using Articulate Storyline 360 (or similar tools)
- Strong writing and instructional design skills
- Experience in Operational Contract Support (OCS)
- Familiarity with TRIMIS or similar systems
