In this role, you will be applying your knowledge of established and emerging sensor technologies to enhance collection methodologies, manage large mission data sets supporting real-time and activity-based GEOINT collection, and synchronizing mission requirements for greater efficiency and analysis accuracy.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, the desired candidate must demonstrate:Master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience10 years of relevant experience may be demonstrated in lieu of degreeActive TS/SCI clearance with willingness to take a CI Polygraph examAt least 5 years of experience with Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) of GEOINT dataIncludes real-time and Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) collectionAt least 5 years managing large multi-source data for assessing metrics associated with reliable model output, developing automated collection strategies, and collaborating with data scientistsKnowledge of traditional and developing overhead sensors and capabilities with exposure to automated collection strategies.Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across NGA, IC, and DoW and build relationships with NRO stakeholdersExperience with NSG focus areas and collection management structuresExperience with NSG/IC tools for GEOINT collection, production, and visualizationAbility to help synchronize mission requirements to prevent redundancies, identify conflicts, and review priorities for tasking of traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sourcesDesired SkillsExperience with turning intelligence capabilities and workflows into learning objectives for training audiencesIncludes experience providing feedback to assist with development of training materialsGPC-F CertifiedExperience with GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS)Experience with research, evaluation, and documentation of unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilitiesOperational experience with vector dataShare your talents and expertise in service of our national security and operations by applying today or send your resume directly to Alejandro Molina: alejandro.molina@xts-inc.comAs a veteran-owned company, XTS is unwaveringly committed to the success and well-being of our employees, as much as our clients.
