Responsibilities include ensuring timeframes and data entry deadlines are met for all visits, assisting RD/ARD in performing administrative tasks, coordinating activities and resources for the regional LSC unit, scheduling surveys, certifications, complaints, licensure inspections and follow‑up visits to meet federal and state guidelines, leading and supervising unit staff, tracking and coordinating complex activities, evaluating program effectiveness, serving as liaison on complex issues, planning staff training, and managing staff development. The position requires up to 35% travel, primarily during the day, with some overnight, weekend travel, and occasional on‑call duties for emergencies.
