SIGDEV Analyst 2 (CCAs Accepted) with Security Clearance

We are hiring a Level 2 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst to support our 24x7 mission‑essential operations. In this role you will maintain customer computers and networks, ensuring front‑end systems continue to collect, process and transmit vital information for national decision makers. The position requires understanding the significance of your work within a 24x7 mission essential TTO and the ability to support varying schedules to provide mission coverage, including day, swing, mid, weekends and holidays.ResponsibilitiesThe SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst provides analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses. You will conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest and analytic strategies, identify target communications within the global network, and provide SIGDEV support for optimizing and developing accesses.CapabilitiesCritical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors.Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities.Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development.Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information.Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and ability to demonstrate the incorporation of independent research to enhance target development.Ability to identify target communications within the global network.Independently perform and provide guidance to Level 1 contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development.Ability to provide SIGDEV support for the purposes of optimizing and developing accesses.Required QualificationsTS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph.At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support.Within the last seven (7) years, at least five (5) of those years must have been with modem digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.Required Technical SkillsDemonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, including command‑line use.FORNSAT experience.Familiarity with front‑end collection systems, including survey systems.Experience with DR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration.Basic troubleshooting experience.Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly.Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies.Completed Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450).Desired Technical SkillsCompletion of Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451).Experience scripting in Bash, Shell, and/or Python.Familiarity with Apache NiFi.BenefitsCompany automatically contributes 20% of each employee's gross compensation to a Simplified Employee Pension (SEP) IRA, with no requirement for employee matching; all contributions are fully vested from day one.Generous PTO plan of up to 200 hours annually, aligned with applicable state leave regulations.Choice of medical plan options, some with Health Savings Account (HSA).Vision and dental coverage.Life and AD&D benefits.Short‑and long‑term disability insurance.Hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness insurance.Optional identity theft and legal protection services.Employee referral bonus eligibility up to $10,000.Mobility among Wyetech‑supported contracts.Work locations throughout Maryland, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Utah, Alaska, Hawaii, and OCONUS.Team‑building events such as monthly lunches, a summer company picnic, and an annual holiday party.Two complimentary branded clothing orders annually.Hourly pay rates reflect pre‑benefit gross wage amounts.
