Overview All-Source Analyst, Mid. The opportunity to leverage information from across sources to provide actionable intelligence for U.S. government programs, with a focus on counterproliferation and acquisitions support. You will perform ICD-compliant analytic production, analyze current and anticipated foreign military capabilities, and craft analysis to support U.S. acquisitions programs while mitigating future threats. You will generate analytic lines and written intelligence products in accordance with IC tradecraft standards, brief analysis to senior DoD leaders, and produce whitepapers and short- and long-term assessments. You will share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as part of a collaborative team focused on delivering the best support to customers."Responsibilities Perform ICD-compliant analytic production with a focus on supporting U.S. acquisitions.Analyze current and anticipated foreign military capabilities and craft analysis to support U.S. acquisitions programs to mitigate future threats.Participate in collection activities supporting strategic and tactical intelligence priorities and responses to military contingency operations.Support analysis of missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations.Generate analytic lines and written intelligence products in accordance with IC tradecraft standards using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools.Brief analysis to senior DoD leaders and produce whitepapers and short- and long-term assessments.Share expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring; contribute to a team culture focused on learning and skill development.Qualifications Experience with DoD and IC all-source analysis tools.Experience collecting and analyzing all-source intelligence data, including technical topics such as CBRNE or advanced conventional weapons, to create compliant intelligence products.Experience with intelligence organizations across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.Experience with ICD 203 and ICD 206 compliant production.Ability to define problems, refine key intelligence questions, conduct studies and analysis, and respond to customers' requests for information (RFI).Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of degree.Nice If You Have Experience conducting military capabilities analysis.Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Compensation & Benefits At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
