Dispatcher

Job Title Manage and coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of our technicians. Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.Record and reports service calls.Participates in training for professional development.Updates customers on technician progress.Submits work orders.Processes work order invoices.Collects on customer accounts.Process technician work orders.Handles dispatching for service departments.Provides customer service to customers and technicians.Be available for additional duties as assigned.Why Premier?
