Client Details We are working with a top-rated ENR builder in the DFW metroplex who focuses on large commercial and industrial projects throughout Texas and is seeing steady, exponential growth. They have a strong project pipeline leading into 2026 and a heavy focus on relationship-building and maintaining, made evident by their repeat clientele and low employee turnover. Description Oversee all phases of K-12 construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities and subcontractors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Collaborate with school administrators, architects, and other stakeholders. Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and educational requirements. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Facilitate effective communication among all project participants. Mentor and train construction staff on best practices and safety protocols. Implement project management strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize disruptions. Profile Experience: Previous experience in construction management, particularly with K-12 educational projects. Familiarity with the construction process, project management, and building codes. Skills: Strong leadership and team coordination abilities to effectively manage on-site teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and tools for tracking progress and reporting.
