Superintendent - Multifamily - National Builder Developer

The Raleigh Multifamily Superintendent will oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage on-site operations effectively. Description Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects in Raleigh. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management. Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans. Collaborate with project managers to achieve client satisfaction and project success. Profile A successful Raleigh Multifamily Superintendent should have: Proven experience in managing multifamily construction projects. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications. Problem-solving skills to address challenges during project execution.
