Our team is sought out to solve the service's most difficult and amorphous problems, designing, standing up, operating, and optimizing organizations, identifying advanced tools and technology that expedite military outcomes or reduce staff burden, and managing the byproducts of change through project implementation.Requirements 5+ years of experience with program management in the nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3), national security, or space systems communities.5+ years of experience with electromagnetic pulse technologies (EMP), integrating tactical warning and attack assessment (ITW/AA) systems, and CBRN protection measures.Experience engaging with senior government leaders or decision-makers at GO and FO levels.Knowledge of nuclear command, control, and communications architecture, U.S. nuclear detection systems, and hardening infrastructure against nuclear or CBRN threats.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.TS/SCI clearance.Bachelor's degree.Nice to Have Experience with space-focused military or intelligence communities such as the U.S. Space Force.Experience leveraging the DoW's Task Management Tool (TMT).TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.Master's degree in a technical, defense, or strategic field such as Engineering, Physics, or Nuclear Studies.Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Compensation Our compensation is determined by factors such as location, education, skills, and experience.
