Working for an industry leading Texas based Design Build firm that specializes in tilt wall/big box projects Pipeline of Texas based light industrial projects ranging from $150-200M Client Details Texas based Design Build Firm that is rapidly growing throughout Texas Strong light industrial project pipeline with a focus on production facilities, distriution centers, manufacturing facilities, and data centers Received numorus construction awards for their distribution centers Description Develop and maintain the site logistics plan for the project Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor Perform constructability reviews Direct field operations to operate according to the "plan" and in an efficient manner Conduct foreman's meetings Participate in progress meetings with the team and or owners Follow up on RFIs, submittals, as-builts and changes Administering the safety program for the project Conducting and ensuring quality control in accordance with the established project quality assurance program Profile 8+ years in Commercial Construction specializing in commercial construction Must have ground up tilt wall project experience Strong oral communication and written skills Ability to read and understand technical specifications, blueprints, technical manuals, product/material installation instructions and engineering/architectural drawings Collaboration with other Project Managers and the Team to develop, refine, and update project schedules to ensure all milestones are identified and tracked Job Offer Competitive Base Salary Bonus Structure Allowances Benefits Insurances 401K MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
