What You Will Do

• Patrol transit stations, platforms, vehicles, and surrounding areas
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unsafe or disruptive behavior
• Assist passengers with directions, information, and general support
• Monitor access points and observe activities to identify safety concerns
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and service calls per protocol
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, transit staff, and local authorities as needed
• Document incidents accurately and completely

You Will Be A Great Fit If You

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior security, customer service, or public-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
• Must meet applicable licensing, background check, and training requirements
