Lead Dispatcher

Pay or shift range: $20 USD to $24 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. We are seeking an experienced Lead Dispatcher from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar home services who knows how to lead a team under pressure, be a hands‑on driver. $24.00 per hour starting pay!This is a hands‑on position, that also functions as a lead within our dispatch team. Your job will include:Supervise and support dispatch operationsOptimize technician routing for revenue and efficiencyReduce reschedules and tighten performanceManage elevated customer challenges with confidencePartner daily with Service and Sales leadershipMaintain clean, accurate schedules in ServiceTitanHold the team accountable to KPIsYou are the control tower.
