We are seeking an experienced part‑time Flex Executive Protection & Residential Security Agent to support our top Silicon Valley clients and beyond. The role can be based in the Bay Area or outside California and may involve national and international assignments.Base hourly rate: $50.00. Rotational schedule: 14, 21 and 30 days as scheduled by program management. Position: Full‑time and part‑time available.Responsibilities Act as liaison between Surefox, clients and supporting agencies, ensuring smooth security operations.Provide physical security of clients at their residence, during transport and at public events.Respond to emergency events, medical and non‑medical issues, and investigate incidents.Perform observation, surveillance, overwatch, reconnaissance and maintain situational awareness.Handle client requests efficiently and maintain logs of all activities.Operate and monitor surveillance equipment and access points.Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle, monitoring access and reporting suspicious activity.Contact police or fire departments during emergencies.Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.Prepare reports on accidents, incidents and suspicious activities.Provide assistance to employees, creating a safe environment for visitors and clients.Attend project meetings to assess security implications of proposed changes.Work independently or as part of a dynamic team, adapting to changing schedules and workloads.Support staffing needs during shortages, covering roles such as incident commander, supervisor or team lead.Work weekends, holidays and during “high‑need” periods as required.Maintain a low‑profile, low‑footprint presence.Qualifications and Requirements Certified or eligible to obtain LEOSA, HR 218, Florida CCW or Florida Guard Card (active D&G license).Willing to obtain Guard Card in California, Washington DC and New York.Minimum age 18 per state licensing guidelines.Valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain one.Valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid/AED certification for all ages.Extensive background check and drug screening clearance.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work nights, weekends and on short notice.Pass the Surefox Physical Agility Test (SPAT) prior to start date.Strong observation, communication and decision‑making skills.Proficiency with today's technology across all platforms.Experience in physical security or law enforcement preferred.Military background a plus; experience with high‑net‑worth families or children preferred.International experience desired.Additional Information We do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
