Location: Aurora, IL Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (Overtime Available) Pay: $18.50/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused dispatcher to join a busy logistics team in Aurora, IL. In this role, you'll support delivery operations by communicating with drivers, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring delivery issues are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from delivery drivers and provide support as needed.
• Communicate delivery updates and report issues to the appropriate departments.
• Respond to emails and maintain accurate communication records.
• Assist with coordinating daily delivery operations.
• Provide excellent customer service while resolving questions and concerns.
• Perform additional administrative and dispatch duties as assigned.

Schedule

• Training: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Regular Schedule: TuesdaySaturday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities available.
• Saturday shifts may become remote (work from home) after successful training and based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and email proficiency.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required).
• Must pass a background check.
• Steel-toe boots are required while on-site.
