Competitive Base Salary!Competitive Bonus Package!Extremely Competitive Benefits Package!Accelerated Career Growth!Job Details and Responsibilities Experience representing both foreign nationals and U.S. employers with the following:Employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitionsInvestment visasFamily-based immigrant visa petitionsConsular processingNaturalization in front of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the U.S. Department of State (DOS)Experience with employer compliance with immigration and labor regulations.Fluency in Spanish and English, both in written and verbal communications including with legal documents, is preferred.Strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and an exceptional work ethic; must be comfortable with direct interaction with partners and clients.Must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.Additional Information Interested in hearing more?
