TITLE: Airport Operations Representative
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
Hourly Pay: $21.09~$35.43
LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
Working Hours: 7:30~15:30 five days per week, with two days off.
This position follows a rotating shift schedule. The specific days off will be determined based on the team's shift schedule and internal coordination.
Working Style: Onsite
Job Title: Airport Operations Representative
Summary:
Responsible for executing daily passenger service duties such as check-in, gate, arrivals
responding to passenger inquiries, and resolving issues and complaints at San Francisco Airport.
Key Duties:
• Checks-in passengers by checking baggage, verifying and clearing travel
documents, and processing excess baggage charges using company's internal system
• Performs departure gate duties such as crew escort, gate announcements, seat
upgrade to ensure smooth boarding process
• Performs travel assistance duties by escorting passengers, including minors, for
arrival and departure
• Welcomes arriving passengers at the gate and assists them with immigration and
custom as needed
• Performs flight preparation (flight information), verifying special cases
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Communication & Writing
• Excellent business writing skills and proficiency in both English and Japanese
• Collaboration & Independence
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
• Technical Skills
• Proficiency in computer skills, specifically Google Workspace
• Amadeus Altea (Not Mandatory)
• Compliance/Licensing
• Must be able to obtain airport badge with US Customs Clearance
