Pandion's cadre of Senior Intelligence Analysts (SIAs) are experienced in providing actionable analysis for a diverse set of challenging issues, ranging from geopolitical to cybersecurity. SIAs can craft and deliver finished intelligence products across most of our service lines but might need to outsource portions of the work to other team members who are specialists in some areas. In their career trajectory, SIAs are working to further hone and refine their already substantial investigative, technical, and writing skills.Who You Are & What You BringThe SIA should have at least 5-8 years of recent experience as an all-source intelligence analyst in the defense or intelligence community, or in an investigative analytical role in law enforcement or a private sector organization.The SIA should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and will be expected to expertly execute the following activities:Be an enthusiastic team player with a strong hands‑on attitude; flexible and adaptable; a problem solverCreate and write analytic intelligence reports regarding acquired public datasetsHelp evaluate new tools and datasets for integration into proprietary workflows or technologyCraft finished analytical products incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts to senior executives and other decision‑makersEffectively brief analytic findings to clients and articulate key recommendations or implicationsIdentify, infiltrate, and monitor online communities of interest that are selling public dataDemonstrate strong skills in the collection, management, manipulation, and analysis of structured and unstructured dataDevelop new data‑driven methodologies and efficiencies to enable core Pandion workflowsBe adaptable and flexible in real‑time to meet shifting client or organizational demandsLead or support complex digital investigationsEmploy OSINT techniques to collect and analyze public dataContinuously improve knowledge of current OSINT investigative methodologies and toolsetsBe comfortable and experienced crafting both tactical and strategic analysisExperienced investigating and assessing the online footprint of an assorted range of entities (individuals, companies, nation states)Fluency or proficiency in another language is a plus but not requiredThings You'll UseGoogle Workspace/ GSuiteMonday.comMac and MacOSOther investigative toolsWhere You'll WorkWhile these positions report to our Alexandria, VA, headquarters office, our Pandion team is distributed nationwide, and full remote work opportunities are available.
