Senior Intelligence Analyst, Agentic AI Integration (Crystal City, VA) Iron EagleX (IEX), a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), seeks a senior intelligence analyst who will integrate agentic AI solutions into analytic workflows to accelerate insights and support mission‑relevant decision making.Responsibilities Integrate AI‑enabled capabilities into intelligence analysis workflows to improve research, data discovery, pattern recognition, and reporting.Assist analysts in using AI responsibly, including validation of outputs, source evaluation, confidence assessment, and analytic rigor.Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and software developers to identify analytic pain points and design practical AI‑assisted solutions.Evaluate and test AI tools, prompts, workflows, and automation techniques for intelligence use cases.Support development of repeatable analytic methodologies that combine subject matter expertise with AI‑generated insights.Translate mission requirements into use cases for machine learning, natural language processing, entity extraction, knowledge management, link analysis, and data enrichment.Develop guidance, standard operating procedures, and best practices for AI‑assisted analytic workflows.Apply AI‑enabled techniques to large volumes of structured and unstructured data to support analytic production.Collaborate with technical teams to refine and improve tools and ensure capabilities meet operational requirements.Required Qualifications 10+ years of related experience performing all‑source and multi‑disciplinary intelligence analysis.Deep understanding of intelligence tradecraft, analytic standards, sourcing, confidence levels, and structured analytic techniques.Familiarity with Python for workflow automation in Jupyter notebooks, Streamlit, or similar technologies.Experience with large datasets, analytic platforms, knowledge repositories or intelligence databases.Strong writing, briefing, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for non‑technical analytic users.Experience evaluating AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, bias, and mission applicability.Desired Skills Experience applying generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, or automated data extraction to analytic workflows.Experience with Python, SQL, Jupyter notebooks, graph/link‑analysis tools, or other analytic platforms.Familiarity with model evaluation and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.Experience retrieving data and interacting with services through APIs.Experience developing training, playbooks, SOPs, or adoption plans for new analytic tools.Clearance & Eligibility Location: Crystal City, VA – onsite only.Current Top Secret/SCI clearance required; willingness to obtain CI polygraph.US citizenship required.Travel: 60–90 days per year to CONUS sites.Compensation Salary range: $163,200 – $220,800, based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer / Individuals with Disabilities / Protected Veterans.#J-18808-Ljbffr
