Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, executive-level briefing ability, and a thorough understanding of Army processes.Minimum QualificationsRetired MAJ/LTC, CW4/CW5, GS-13/14 preferred.Bachelor's degree.7+ years supervisory experience with at least 4 years supporting a DoD headquarters.Active Secret clearance.Strong knowledge of Army staff processes, PPBE, and strategic planning.Preferred Military BackgroundFormer Army staff officer, warrant officer, senior NCO, or senior Department of the Army Civilian with experience at USARC, HQDA, FORSCOM, IMCOM, Readiness Divisions, USACE, or other Army headquarters organizations.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesArmy staff processesMicrosoft Office 365Professional writing and briefingProblem solvingTeam leadershipAbility to work in a secure DoD environmentGeneral RequirementsU.S. CitizenActive Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain if allowed)Ability to obtain CACOccasional CONUS travel may be requiredAbout Angayut, a Far West Federal CompanyAngayut delivers mission-focused solutions supporting defense and federal customers worldwide.
