We will be holding a hiring event on Wednesday 8/05. Allied Universal is now hiring Security Guards for local Hospitals in Ventura, CA. Hiring event location: 3585 Maple St Suite 232 Ventura CA 93003 8:00 am to noon. Schedule available: Swing and Graves with overtime and weekends required! Shifts can be 8 - 12 hrs. $23.00 pay rate. Requirements: Active California Guard Card Minimum 1 year of Security experience Ability to pass a Background Check Ability to pass a Drug Screen.

Primary responsibilities include: Physical crime deterrence, Threat identification and response, Foot patrols and surveillance of hospital grounds, Access control enforcement, Emergency response and crisis management, Delivering exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy, Assisting with the secure transfer and identification of deceased individuals.

Immediate hiring is available for qualified candidates who have an active Guard Card. Preferred qualifications (nice to have): Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic), Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience.
