If you re ready to protect with purpose and serve with a smile, we d love to have you on our team!Key ResponsibilitiesBe a Safety Ambassador: Build positive relationships with guests and staff to promote a secure, welcoming environment.Stay Alert: Proactively spot and address potential safety risks before they become problems.Deliver Great Service: Combine security with top-notch customer service, maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor.Follow Protocols: Smoothly enforce key security procedures to protect hotel operations and guests.Solve Problems: Quick-think safety issues and apply practical, smart solutions.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience: Previous security or related experience preferred, but not required.Certifications & Licenses:Valid State Security License / State Safety Certificate (including required background checks).CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (AHA, Red Cross, or HIS).Must earn the AHLA Certified Lodging Security Officer certification within 30 days of hire.
