Senior Program Analyst Air Combat Effectiveness Consulting Group, LLC Senior Program Analyst Lexington Park, MD Job Type Full-timeDescription ACE Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior Program Analyst to support a advanced weapons system development and procurement program within the NAVAIR community at NAS Patuxent River. The ideal candidate will have experience with the acquisition, development, and sustainment in connection with Navy fixed and/or rotary wing aircraft, missiles, unmanned air vehicles, or related systems of systems. Due to the nature of the contract, no telework permitted. Work will be performed in a secure facility.ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing and tracking project/program requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedulesCollecting and interpreting data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programsApplying government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data managementPreparing CDRLs, Acquisition Plans (AP) and Justifications and Approval (J&A), Statements of Work (SOWs), GFP Justification memos, etc.Coordinate stakeholders for and assist in proposal evaluation in support of contract award.Prepare and report program Government Furnished Property.Preparing APBs, Program Deviation Reports, and memosTracking and providing the status of CDRL deliverables submitted by the Contractor.Provide input toward POM Issue creation.Schedule and attend meetings (virtual and in person)Additional tasking as assigned based on needs of the government customer.RequirementsBachelor's degree and at least 10 years of related experience.DoD and SECNAV series instructionsUtilization of NAVAIR Management ToolsDevelopment of sound acquisition strategies and execution of integrated Government schedulesExecution of budget/phasing plansSECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBE, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs.Experience with classified systems, such as SIPR, CNET, etc.Experience working in secure areas and with security protocol.Preferred ExperienceExperience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programsExperience in managing program/project statuses and schedulesHigh level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customersEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenProactive personality with the ability to work with limited guidance and supervisionDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills, adept at managing competing priorities and initiating projectsExperience with program protectionClearance: * Active TS/SCI clearance required.Salary Description $100,000-$170,000 annually#J-18808-Ljbffr
