Top Secret Cleared Tableau Developer

Insight Global is actively hiring a Top Secret SCI Cleared Tableau and Power BI Developer to join our team supporting a newly awarded DoW Program at Fort Meade, Maryland.The selected candidates will work on a team of two responsible for leading the design and development of new Tableau and PowerBI Dashboards for multiple Programs across the DoW.This role requires the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that support mission-critical decision-making across cybersecurity, operations, logistics, and intelligence domains.Must-HavesActive TS/SCI Clearance - THIS IS REQUIREDBachelor's degree and 8 years experience in Tableau or PowerBI Development or Data AnalyticsProven experience ingesting, transforming, and integrating data from multiple enterprise systemsStrong hands‑on experience building dashboards / Common Operational Pictures (COPs) from complex datasetsExperience working with enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar data/workflow toolsAbility to translate operational needs into technical/data visualization solutionsExperience working within Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, stakeholders)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Palantir Foundry, Maven Smart Systems, or similar data integration/dashboarding platformsStrong client‑facing experience supporting senior military leadership and acting as a trusted advisorExperience with advanced analytics/dashboard tools (Kibana, Splunk, Tableau, etc.)Relevant certifications (IAT Level II, Agile/SAFe, ITIL, or data analytics/dashboard certifications)We are hiring multiple candidates for this role so exact pay will vary based on candidates level of experience, expertise, clearance level, etc. We anticipate paying 145K - 185K for this role as well as offering a comprehensive benefits and 401K package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
