Now Hiring: Dispatcher

Are you experienced in Oil & Gas transportation and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dependable Dispatcher to join a growing team!

Pay: $20-$26/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers efficiently throughout each shift.
• Serve as the main point of communication for drivers and customers.
• Monitor loads and ensure all trips are accurately documented.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes promptly.
• Provide drivers with the information needed to complete assignments safely and on time.
• Assist with staging equipment as needed to support daily operations.
• Help maintain a clean and organized office and shop environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience
3+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas transportation industry required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass a background check
