Overview
Salary Range $23.00 - $26.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time
Description
- Create, manage, and dispatch work orders in the dispatch software, ensuring all client needs are logged and prioritized correctly.
- Route and schedule electrician and maintenance technicians to job sites across the South Florida region, optimizing routes for minimal response time.
- Answer inbound calls, diagnose emergency versus routine maintenance needs, and provide initial troubleshooting support over the phone.
- Track parts, materials, and specialty tools needed for daily maintenance tasks.
- Order necessary supplies to ensure technicians are fully equipped.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service dispatch, scheduling, or a related role within the electrical or construction trades.
- Basic understanding of electrical schematics, maintenance protocols, and electrical components is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in dispatching/CMMS software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stressful, dynamic conditions while remaining highly organized.
