This is an analytically-driven role for professionals who combine rigorous all-source tradecraft with a thorough understanding of the CI mission - and who have the field experience to back it up.What You'll DoConduct all-source analysis across CI functions using information from multiple sources to identify trends, gaps, and leadsAssess, interpret, forecast, and provide warning of foreign intelligence services' intent and capability to target U.S. interestsIdentify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting to collect sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interestsIdentify threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interestsApply knowledge of foreign intelligence capabilities, activities, and TTPs for in-depth analytic researchProduce all-source CI studies and tactical and operational-level analytical products to support RFIsHelp inform development of CI concepts, procedures, plans, and strategies from an analytical perspectiveAdhere to ODNI and DIA all-source analytic tradecraft standardsInform development of briefings for foreign visitors and/or personnel traveling to countries with elevated CI threatEnsure colleagues, team members, and leadership remain well-informed on the status and disposition of relevant CI productsAuthor and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives#USCCJ2QualificationsWhat You BringRequired:Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with a polyMinimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhDExperience maintaining databases and repositoriesExperience supporting CI risk assessments and supply chain risk assessmentsPrior experience in a CI agent or CI support roleIn-depth proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word , and PDFWorking knowledge of all-source analytic concepts, CI analysis, and IC/DoD classification guidelinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsGraduate of an in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or military Service equivalentPreferred:Background in supporting at least two of the four CI missions: countering espionage/terrorism/insider threat; force protection; DCIP ; RDA supportExperience with CI collection, functional services, investigations, or operationsFamiliarity with foreign intelligence service collection methods and CI countermeasuresKnowledge of DoD CI oversight requirements and analytical tradecraft standards12+ years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 yearsMaster's degree in a related field - or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of senior-level experience (17 years total)Peraton drives missions of consequence - protecting and promoting U.S. national security at the highest levels.
