This position conducts routine patrols, supports guests and employees, responds to emergencies, performs operational safety checks, documents incidents, and helps ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment throughout the property during overnight hours.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular patrols of campgrounds, guest areas, employee housing, parking lots, and other assigned locations.Maintain a visible presence throughout the property and proactively engage with guests to provide assistance, information, and support.Provide after-hours assistance to employees, including responding to lockout situations in employee housing and work areas.Respond to medical emergencies, accidents, safety incidents, and other urgent situations.Contact emergency services, the front desk, managers, or other appropriate personnel as needed and assist with coordinating emergency response efforts.Conduct required temperature checks and complete documentation for refrigerators, freezers, and other designated food-service equipment.Monitor facilities for maintenance concerns, equipment failures, security issues, and sanitation deficiencies, reporting findings to the appropriate department.Complete electronic patrol checkpoints and required logs, reports, and inspection records accurately and on time.Investigate & prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities in a timely mannerBe professional by wearing the proper uniform and maintaining appearanceUnderstand company's ISO management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.Other duties as assigned and as identified on the duties checklistRequirementsSuperior customer service skills, strong communication skills, and a team playerStrong observational skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work night, weekend, and holiday shiftsAbility to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods, including shifts of up to 8 hours or more.Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.Knowledge And ExperienceEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent requiredValid Class C driver's license with a clean driving record required.Experience: Six (6) months in a hotel/resort setting preferredResort/ National Park Concession Experience PreferredQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
