Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams throughout construction. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Profile The Superintendent - Data Center - NoVA will receive: 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects independently. Proven ability to lead medium to large-scale projects from preconstruction through completion. Experience supervising assistant superintendents and field personnel. Strong background in base building construction, including sitework, earthwork, utilities, steel, and concrete scopes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to proactively resolve challenges and maintain project momentum. Experience with mission-critical, healthcare, or complex commercial construction projects is highly preferred. Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
