Summary
Supporting the Subcontracts team in managing government services, the full-time remote Principal Subcontract Administrator will be responsible for negotiating terms, evaluating bids, and ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Key responsibilitiesRepresent the organization as the primary subcontract administrator, making presentations and managing subcontract negotiationsPrepare and analyze bids and proposals to ensure compliance with government requirements and company policiesAdminister various types of subcontracts and provide leadership in resolving subcontract issues and developing solutionsRequired qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree10+ years of experience in procurement activities, particularly in construction subcontractingProven ability to lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and contract negotiationsKnowledge of various contract types and experience with CPSR and procurement policiesStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
