Summary
To support discrete evaluation efforts for a U.S. Department of State counterterrorism program, an on-call Counterterrorism Subject Matter Expert will provide technical expertise for evaluations and contribute to written reports and presentations, working remotely.Key responsibilitiesProvide technical expertise for evaluations of counterterrorism and related foreign assistance programsSupport evaluation design, data collection planning, and participate in key informant interviews and fieldwork activitiesReview and validate evaluation findings, and contribute to written evaluation reports and briefing materials for U.S. Government stakeholdersRequired qualificationsExperience supporting, implementing, advising, or evaluating U.S. Government-funded programsActive SECRET security clearance requiredMinimum 15 years of professional experience in areas such as Countering the Financing of Terrorism or Border SecurityExperience working with U.S. Department of State or other relevant security institutionsDemonstrated analytical writing and briefing skills
