When: Friday, August 21st Time: 9:00am to 5:00pm Where: 2801 Merced St. San Leandro, CA 94577 Job Description: Cintas is seeking Route Service Representatives & Assistant Route Service Representatives to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Our Route Service Representatives enjoy: Comprehensive 12-week training program Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route; $80,000 - $90,000+/Year Majority work a 4-Day workweek Majority work no nights or weekends Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Our Assistant Route Service Representatives enjoy: Competitive Pay: $28.00/Hour 401(k) with Company Match/Profit Sharing/Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Disability, Life and AD&D Insurance, 100% Company Paid Paid Time Off and Holidays Skills Development, Training and Career Advancement Opportunities Qualifications: Required Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment: Have an active driver's license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation regarding their previous employment All successful candidates will also possess: The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position A High School diploma, GED or Military Service The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit This is a rewarding opportunity!
