Summary

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for leading all field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role provides leadership to project teams, subcontractors, and site personnel while serving as the driving force behind successful project execution. Description Oversee all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion. Lead and mentor field teams while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules and milestones. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Partner closely with project managers to manage budgets, schedules, and project risks. Conduct site meetings and communicate project updates to clients, architects, engineers, and ownership teams. Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain productivity. Monitor workforce planning, site logistics, and resource allocation across multiple project phases. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, efficiency, and construction best practices. Profile Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, building codes, and project scheduling. Demonstrated success managing large-scale or complex construction projects. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. OSHA certification and other relevant construction credentials preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
