Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This individual will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Description Manage all field operations from project startup through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel. Drive project schedules and monitor progress against milestones. Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company safety standards. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets specifications. Lead subcontractor meetings and daily planning activities. Collaborate with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact project performance. Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce planning. Support project documentation, inspections, and project turnover activities. Mentor field staff and promote a positive team environment. Profile A successful Lead / Senior Superintendent should have: 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Experience leading K-12, municipal, healthcare, or similar commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents. Proven track record delivering projects safely and on schedule. Strong communication and leadership skills. OSHA certification preferred. Stable career progression within commercial construction.
