Summary
The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring quality and timely completion. Description Supervise daily on-site construction activities to meet project goals. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project schedules and resolve on-site challenges promptly. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders about project progress. Oversee material deliveries and inventory management. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Document and report any changes or issues affecting the project.
