Join a major residential developer to support interior construction on a large-scale multifamily project in South Florida. You will oversee finishes, coordinate trades, and help drive quality delivery through to closeout. Client Details Our client is a national real estate developer with an integrated general contracting arm, specialising in luxury high-rise residential projects. They are known for delivering premium assets and maintaining strong leadership across development and construction teams. Description * Oversee daily interior construction activities across assigned areas * Coordinate subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards * Manage interior finishes, sequencing, and installation timelines * Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications * Support scheduling, reporting, punch lists, and project closeout Profile * 3-7 years' experience in multifamily or residential construction * Experience with luxury high-rise projects preferred * Strong knowledge of interior finish sequencing and quality control * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs * Familiarity with Procore or similar software; OSHA 30 is a plus Job Offer Base salary up to $130,000 + bonus, comprehensive benefits, and project exposure * Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays * Mileage reimbursement * Structured interview process with leadership and site visit MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
