Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Direct oversight of service technicians, pick up & delivery drivers, yard personnel, and shop personnel.
• Review all paperwork, including manifests and routing tickets, for completion and accuracy.
• Monitor service levels and deliveries to ensure optimal efficiencies.
• Recommend measures to improve operational practices and quality of customer care.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure excellent communication within the region.
• Resolve customer service and delivery issues in coordination with other departments.
• Coordinate asset transfers with Operations Managers at other branches.
• Analyze and report on operational activities, such as service levels, routing efficiency, labor & overtime, and fuel.
• Develop and implement standard practices and efficiency in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Administer fleet DOT administration, including logbooks & record maintenance.
• Review and approve time for payroll processing and time off request forms based on operational necessity.
• Coordinate safety training and initiatives with Safety & HR departments.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and contribute to employee development.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, and effective work environment.
• Operate a variety of company vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Demonstrated experience with multi-stop routing systems and proficiency in dispatch procedures.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role with a proven track record of excellence.
• Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using GPS and other routing systems.
• Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful with a strong work ethic.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
• Proven ability in team building, fostering collaboration, and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Strong time management skills and effective prioritization of tasks.
• Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Possession of a valid Driver License (Class C).
• Competency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and routing/logistics software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and effectively managing company assets and inventory.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
• Utilize computer systems extensively for dispatching and coordination tasks, involving prolonged periods of sitting and focused use of visual interfaces.
• Multi-Tasking: Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing urgent matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate high-stress situations with composure, making critical decisions under pressure.
• Occasionally visit construction sites, involving walking, standing, and lifting items weighing up to 30lbs.
