Gate Attendant
We're hiring a Gate Attendant to help manage vehicle and visitor access at a construction site. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the construction industry, logistics, or site operations. No advanced construction knowledge is required. We will provide training on site procedures and expectations.
As the first person drivers and visitors meet when arriving on site, you'll play an important role in keeping operations organized, safe, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in delivery drivers and visitors arriving at the site.
- Verify IDs and basic paperwork.
- Keep records of trucks, materials, and deliveries entering and leaving the site.
- Direct drivers and visitors to the correct location on site.
- Monitor activity at the gate and report any concerns to site leadership.
- Follow site safety procedures and access guidelines.
- Maintain accurate logs using basic paperwork or computer data entry.
Essential Skills
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow directions and established procedures.
- Ability to sit, stand, and remain attentive throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Preferred Skills
- Customer service experience.
- Receptionist, gate attendant, security, warehouse, general labor, or administrative experience.
- Experience working outdoors or in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
