Summary
DescriptionDispatchers have the responsibility to provide the best possible customer service, in person and over the phone, addressing customers' needs, opening work orders, dispatching technicians to service calls, and following up on the status of service calls through job completion.

- Communicate with customers via phone and email to schedule service calls, provide repair status, and obtain POs
- Open work orders and Dispatch technicians to complete service calls
- Prioritize Work in Process and monitor job progress
- Maintain accurate records in the business system
- Reporting and other administrative tasks
Requirements
The ideal candidate is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to type at least 45 WPM are required.
