Summary

Asset Coordinator

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking an Asset Coordinator to support our Prime NASA program at Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine administrative duties, such as training, safety updates, IT security training, meetings, and timekeeping.
  • Provide, update, and maintain all required documentation, reports, and logs etc., manually or in electronic databases.
  • Make recommendations to improve work quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Adhere to OSHA, NASA, Company, and customer safety requirements and may assist in training others.
  • Perform NASA equipment accountability responsibilities for property accounts.
  • Work with the operations teams to ensure equipment movements are tracked throughout the facility systems and update the appropriate asset management system.
  • Work in partnership with the maintenance teams to assist with GOMAR numbers and tracking of equipment.
  • Support any government or company asset inventory audits.

Education and Experience

  • Must meet all Core Job Specifications
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have four+ (4) years of experience working within facilities operations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • U.S. Citizenship.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in client and co-worker relations.
  • Must be self-motivated with good time management skills.
  • Must possess a fundamental knowledge of using software programs, spreadsheets and databases.
  • May require lifting 30 – 50 pounds.
