Arms Control Analyst And Site LeadAs an Arms Control Analyst and Site Lead, you thrive on the challenge of analyzing complex problems and providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership, while overseeing both daily team operations and performance to meet client goals and expectations. We need an experienced research analyst like you to help us solve complex problems for our clients. On our Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration services support team, you'll assess, analyze, and advise your United States Air Force (USAF) client on arms control measures, nonproliferation strategies, and related security programs. In this role, you'll use your advanced policy, technical, and analytical skills to support a full range of arms control activities, including control policy dissemination, implementation and compliance, exercises and inspection, education and training, modernization and acquisition, and conference and meeting support. Leveraging your exceptional leadership skills, you will oversee daily operations of the site service support team, providing resources, guidance, and inspiration to successfully execute tasking focused on arms control policy dissemination.
