Nick's Plumbing and Air Conditioning is looking for a dynamic Dispatcher to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!In this role, you will be responsible for:Answering incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly mannerActing as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & managementScheduling service and routine maintenance appointmentsMaintaining & updating customer records based on interactionsProcessing invoice paymentsProviding information about products and servicesTroubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concernsDeveloping & maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customersParticipating in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers & office software required to fulfill this positionAdditional duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:$15 - $20 / hrThis is an in-office role, it is not remoteThis role will be for evenings and weekendsDispatching experience is preferred but not requiredMinimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is requiredKnowledge in Microsoft Office is requiredService Titan is a plusAbility to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workersFind it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completionWork well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environmentEnjoy patiently, empathetically helping othersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe physical requirements of this job include:Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or officeCommunicate verbally via phone or other communication device.Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephoneUse hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.Southern Home Services will make reasonable accommodations to allow an employee to perform the essential functions of the job.Benefits:We offer a rewarding career path with great benefits, flexible schedules, professional and on-the-job training and growth plans.
